Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for registration & continental breakfast. Programming begins at 9:00 a.m. & event ends at 2:30 p.m.

Conference attendees will attend breakout sessions on leadership topics led by a number of prominent area minority male leaders.

Morgan, Dean of Enrollment and Retention; Skip Gilbert, educational leader; Tommy Meeks, consultant for Winnebago County; Jorge Herrera, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Rockford Band & Trust; Jason Smith, Dean of Students at Dundee-Crown High School; Elias Soria, Family Self-Sufficiency Specialist for Rockford Housing Authority; Andre Sayles, Patrol Lieutenant for the City of Beloit WI; Jason Johnson, proud owner of Torch Barber Shop, and creator of the TORCH Leadership; Brian Peterson, one of the Dean of Students at Dundee-Crown High School; Chuck Konkol, Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems at Rock Valley College; Brock Ashford, Manager of fine Jewelry at Masseys Inc.
