This certificate has no prerequisites or placement testing requirements. Perfect for someone looking for a new career or a career change.

  • Hybrid course instruction will include online learning and hands-on labs. Computer-based instruction is also part of this program.
     
  • Complete Certificate 1 in just one semester.  Courses begin January 9, 2021 and finish May 14, 2021.
     
  • Classes in Mechatronics are taught in three 5-week course series, spanning a full semester.
     
  • A full-time schedule is illustrated in the table below.
     
  • STU-103 Workplace Ethics is a required 1-credit course for Certificate 1.  It has multiple schedule offerings during the week, and is not shown in the table below.
  • Check back later for future coursework under development for Certificate 2!  Courses will include Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLCs, and integrated industrial manufacturing systems.
