Sit or stand to relax stress and tension. Improve memory and balance. Warm up with Therapeutic Chi Kung, breathing, hand positions, stances, slow movements and 5 Elements Tai Chi.

Learn and transform practical fighting into internal strength, how self-defense skills are based on Chinese Philosophy. Training includes: practical Northern Shao-Lin Skills, applications, 2 person drills and short weapons. OPTIONAL: Purchase textbook from instructor ($12).
