Do you have diabetes or perhaps you know someone that is diabetic?
If so, this is the perfect class for you. Has your medical experts told you
to start exercising? But where do you start? This class is full of great
information, easy exercises and recommendations on resources. This
class is a must for everyone.

As our bodies mature, it is important to remain flexible and fit. This class
will focus on warm ups, strength, toning, balance and stretching. Chair
and wall exercises that can be done at home quickly and easily in a small
amount of time and with limited fitness equipment. Start your fitness
program now. Exercise handouts included.

Women are fighting all avenues of breast cancer. You may have just
gotten diagnosed with breast cancer or are awaiting surgery or currently
going through chemotherapy. Whatever your avenue, it is important to
prepare your body for treatment or surgery. After your procedure, what
is your progress? Has your strength and flexibility returned and how has
this affected your posture, back and shoulder movement? Are you able
to return to activities you enjoy? We will be looking at stretches, our
postures and flexibility. This is an encouraging class to move you ahead
with ideas and suggestions to a healthy lifestyle.
